Probe repair FAQ

How much does ultrasound probe repair cost?
Repair is typically 30-60% of the price of a replacement probe, depending on the fault. Send your model number and fault description for an exact quote within 12 hours.
How long does transducer repair take?
Most repairs are completed in 5-10 working days after the probe arrives at our lab, plus express shipping both ways (DHL/FedEx/UPS).
Which probe faults can be repaired?
Lens wear and cuts, cable and connector damage, dead or weak crystal zones, delamination, and broken housings. Almost every mechanical and acoustic fault is repairable; severe internal array damage may make replacement more economical.
Which brands do you repair?
GE, Philips, Siemens and Acuson, Mindray, Samsung, Sonosite, Esaote, Toshiba and Canon, Hitachi Aloka, BK Medical and most other OEM brands - convex, linear, phased array, endocavity, TEE and 3D/4D probes.
Is repair worth it versus buying a compatible probe?
If repair cost exceeds about 60% of a compatible replacement, we will tell you and quote both options - we supply 1,865+ compatible models, so you can choose the cheaper route.
